By accessing and using the City of Westlake Leaf Collection Tracker ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

The City of Westlake Leaf Collection Tracker is a web-based application that provides residents with real-time information about leaf collection schedules, routes, and pickup statuses. The service includes features for searching collection schedules, receiving notifications, and submitting reports.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CITY OF WESTLAKE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the City of Westlake and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms of Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service will remain in effect.

14. Changes to Terms of Service
